How to play Triangle Tiles
- An open cell may stay white or contain one of four half-square black triangles.
- A number in a black square tells you how many orthogonally adjacent cells contain a triangle.
- Every connected area left white must form a rectangle or square. Rectangles may be straight or tilted by 45°.
- Tap to rotate through triangle directions. Use X to confirm a cell has no triangle.
Your first useful move
Use a zero clue to rule out triangles in its neighbouring cells. Check the shape of the remaining white space as you go: its components must form rectangles.
