Shade out the duplicates until every line reads clean.

How to play Shade Out

  • Shade cells so no number appears twice unshaded in any row or column.
  • Two shaded cells may never touch side by side. Corners are fine.
  • Every unshaded cell must stay joined to the others in one group.
  • Tap a cell to shade it, tap again to clear it.

Your first useful move

Shading a repeated number can resolve a row but split the remaining white cells. Check both duplicate numbers and connectivity before committing to a shaded square.
