How to play Number Runs
- Walls split each row and column into separate runs.
- A run of two cells contains 1 and 2. A run of five contains 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
- Each number appears exactly once within its run, in any order.
- Every cell belongs to one across run and one down run, so it must satisfy both.
- Tap a cell, then a number. Repeats or numbers too large for a run turn red.
Your first useful move
Find the shortest runs first. A two-cell run needs 1 and 2, and every crossing must also obey the other run’s range and missing numbers.
