How to play Islands
- Each number is an island of exactly that many cells, and holds only that one number.
- Islands never touch each other side by side.
- Everything else is water, and all the water must join up.
- The water may never form a solid two by two block.
Your first useful move
Separate different numbered islands before expanding them. Check narrow channels carefully: the sea must remain connected and cannot contain a solid 2×2 block.
