Colour an irregular map without matching neighbours.

How to play Four Colour

  • Dark outlines and region numbers show the complete shape of each clickable area. Tap anywhere inside one area to cycle its colour.
  • Regions that share an edge cannot use the same colour. Regions touching only at a corner may match.
  • Dotted regions are fixed clues. The puzzle checks itself as soon as the whole map is valid.

Your first useful move

Work on regions with the fewest available colours first. Regions that share an edge must differ, but meeting only at a corner does not make them neighbours.
